Looking for a place to live? Great! We list all available and upcoming rentals under our Vacancies Tab at the top of the page. Give us a call to view listings, answer any questions your might have, and to learn more about the process of getting you into your new home! 

Step One: View rental, get a look at your new home!

Step Two: Fill out our online application, also on the Vacancies page! Completely FREE for everyone, it just gets your name and number on our list of prospective tenants for each unit.

Step Three: Background and Credit Check. We send this to you after reviewing our list of tenants for each unit we have on the market. This check does cost $30.00, but we don't pocket anything! It goes to our background and credit check company and can be used for all applications, saving you the multiple application fees that most places charge.

Step Four: Application review and verification. We call references, verify employment, review credit and background check, and then choose a tenant! At this point we collect security deposits and get your new home ready for you.

Step Five: Move-In day! We do a property walk-through, verify your new home is in great shape, make note of any potential issues for our Maintenance crew to take care of, and then hand over the keys for you to enjoy!
